Earliest deliverable date is 2 days from order; we don’t accept shorter deadlines because the print + cooldown + QC + dispatch cycle simply doesn’t fit.
PLA and PLA+ for collectibles and display pieces, PETG for outdoor / mechanical, ABS and ASA for engineering parts (ASA when UV-stability matters), TPU for flexible, carbon-fibre composites (PLA-CF / PET-CF / PA-CF) for stiff-and-light, and LCD resin when surface finish has to be jewelry-grade. If you’re unsure, leave the material blank in the form — we’ll recommend based on your file.
Yes — the Bambu Lab P2S pairs with AMS 2 Pro for up to 16 colours per piece. Multi-colour adds about 30 % to print time and a small material premium for the purge tower; we quote both transparently.
Available on request: bed-side adhesion lines removed, support marks cleaned, light sanding, primer + spray paint, or full custom paint. Each adds a flat fee per piece quoted alongside the base print.
Yes. Your file lives in our private storage, is used only to quote and (if you accept) print, and is never resold, republished, or shared with third parties. We delete uploaded files 90 days after the inquiry resolves unless you ask us to keep them for repeats.
