1. Where we ship
India only. All 28 states and 8 union territories, every serviceable pincode. We check serviceability automatically at checkout — if your pincode isn't covered you'll see it before paying.
2. How long it takes
- Tier-1 metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad) — 3–4 business days.
- Tier-2 / Tier-3 cities — 5–7 business days.
- North-east, Andaman, Lakshadweep — 7–10 business days.
Production-on-demand items add 2–3 business days to the above (we make the item after you order it — that's how we keep base prices fair).
3. What it costs
- Standard shipping — ₹70 flat.
- Free for any order above ₹999.
- Same rate for prepaid and Cash on Delivery — no COD surcharge.
4. Our shipping partner
- Delhivery — our carrier across India. We check your pincode's serviceability at checkout.
5. Tracking
You'll get an SMS + email the moment your parcel is handed to the courier, with a live tracking page at dropkyd.com/track/<order-id>. Real-time courier ping every 30 minutes.
6. If it gets lost
We file a claim with the courier within 24 hours of "lost in transit" status. Regardless of the claim outcome, we ship a replacement at no cost to you — or refund in full. You don't fight the courier; we do.
7. Address changes
If you need to change the shipping address before dispatch, open the order and click "Need to redirect?" — we'll update at no cost. After dispatch, address changes depend on courier availability and may incur a redirect fee.
