These terms govern your use of dropkyd.com (the "platform"), operated by Dropkyd Studios Pvt Ltd ("Dropkyd", "we", "us"). By using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use it.
1. Who can use Dropkyd
Anyone can browse. To buy, you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. To sell (as a creator), you must additionally accept the Creator Agreement issued at onboarding.
2. The deal between us
- You buy products listed by independent creators. Dropkyd manufactures, packs, ships, and handles support — but the creator is the seller of record for their drop.
- Prices are in INR, inclusive of GST. Shipping is free over ₹999 within India; otherwise ₹70 flat.
- Limited drops are first-come-first-served. We don't honour orders past the cap.
3. Account & sign-in
Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email or phone. You're responsible for keeping the device you receive codes on safe. If you suspect your account is compromised, email hello@dropkyd.com and we'll revoke active sessions.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We don't store card or UPI tokens on our servers — Razorpay does, with PCI-DSS compliance. We may decline orders we suspect are fraudulent.
5. Returns, exchanges, refunds
Detailed in our Returns & exchanges and Refunds policies. Tl;dr: 7-day window from delivery, item must be unworn with tags. Misprints and wrong sizes are always on us.
6. Content & IP
- Creators own the designs they upload. By listing them, they grant Dropkyd a non-exclusive licence to produce, photograph, market, and ship the product.
- Buyer reviews and photos remain owned by the buyer; you grant us a licence to display them on the product page.
- Dropkyd's brand, software, and platform IP belong to Dropkyd.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use Dropkyd to upload designs you don't own, hateful content, or anything that would land us in front of a magistrate. We may remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion. We'll tell you why.
8. Liability
Dropkyd's aggregate liability for any claim arising from the platform is capped at the amount you paid for the order in question. We don't accept liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We're not liable for delays caused by courier strikes, natural disasters, or other events outside our control.
9. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction. Before suing us, please email disputes@dropkyd.com — we'll try to resolve it within 30 days.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll email you about material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the updated terms.
